100 Percent Healthy
A combination of Nutrition, Exercise, Psychological Stress Management, and a Joy of Life is necessary
to produce a healthy individual. All the systems in the body are interdependent. Each affects the other so
that if one system is below par, all the systems suffer as a result. Said another way: A system is only
as strong as its weakest link. Exercise affects nutrition; nutrition affects the psychological stress
response; psychological stress response affects exercise, and so on. The joy of living (or life) is
the "glue" that holds all the other elements together.
